BaliJetski is a watersport experience provider located in Bali, offering fun, safe, and unforgettable jet ski adventures guided by professional instructors.
 
 
 2.⁠ ⁠How do I make a booking?
 
You can book directly through our official website.
Simply choose your desired package, fill out your details, and make payment or deposit through our secure payment gateway (iPaymu). Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive your booking confirmation instantly via WhatsApp or email.
 
 
 3.⁠ ⁠What payment methods are accepted?
 
We accept various payment methods through iPaymu, including:
• Virtual Account (Bank Transfer)
• QRIS
• Credit/Debit Card
• E-Wallets (ShopeePay, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.)
 
All transactions are secure and encrypted.
 
 
 4.⁠ ⁠Is my online payment safe?
 
Absolutely! All transactions are processed via iPaymu, a trusted Indonesian payment gateway that complies with international security standards (PCI DSS).
BaliJetski does not store your card or payment information.
 
 
 5.⁠ ⁠Can I pay on the spot?
 
Yes, but we recommend booking in advance online to secure your time slot and get faster check-in at the location.
On-site payments are subject to availability and may have different rates.
 
 
 6.⁠ ⁠What if my payment fails or is pending?
 
If your payment is still pending or failed, your booking is not yet confirmed.
Please:
• Wait for up to 30 minutes for payment confirmation, or
• Contact our support team via WhatsApp for quick assistance.
 
 
 7.⁠ ⁠What’s your cancellation & refund policy?
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled ride.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will be charged a 50% fee.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• If your trip is canceled due to bad weather or safety reasons, you may reschedule or request a full refund.
Refunds are processed through iPaymu within 3–10 business days.
 
 
 8.⁠ ⁠Do I need a license to ride a jet ski?
 
No license is required! Our instructors will guide you through the safety briefing and riding basics before the session begins.
 
 
 9.⁠ ⁠What should I bring?
 
We recommend bringing:
• Swimwear or quick-dry clothes
• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• Towel and change of clothes
 
All safety equipment (life jacket, we shoes, goggles, etc) will be provided.
 
 
10.⁠ ⁠Is it safe for beginners?
 
Yes! All sessions are supervised by experienced instructors.
We follow strict safety standards and ensure every guest feels confident before riding.
 
 
11.⁠ ⁠Can we bring our phone or camera?
 
Yes, you can! Each jetski is equipped with a secure storage compartment where you can safely store your phone during the ride.
Additionally, our team provides photo and video packages so you can capture the best moments safely.
 
 
12.⁠ ⁠Where is BaliJetski located?
 
 We are located at Jl. Pratama no 101, tanjung benoa
 
Free parking and changing rooms are available.
 
 
13.⁠ ⁠How long is each session?
 
Our trip starts from 45 minutes, depending on your chosen package.
Custom duration packages are available upon request.
 
 
14.⁠ ⁠What if the weather is bad?
 
Safety is our priority.
If conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, strong wind, or high tide), we’ll notify you in advance to reschedule or process a refund.
