1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed through balijetski.com or our official representatives.
- A reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.
- Rates are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 24 hours prior to activity → Full refund.
- Within 24 hours prior to activity → 50% refund.
- No-shows without prior notice → Non-refundable.
- In the unlikely event of cancellation due to weather or safety concerns (as determined by balijetski.com), guests may choose a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.
3. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is permitted once only and is subject to availability.
- Requests must be made at least 12 hours before the original activity time.
4. Guest Eligibility
- Minimum age to operate a jetski is 17 years old.
- Children under 15 years old or below 145 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult.
- Guests who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or deemed physically unfit will not be permitted to participate.
5. Safety & Conduct
- All guests are required to wear life jackets and comply with safety instructions from our professional crew.
- For the comfort and safety of all, reckless behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the activity without refund.
6. Personal Belongings
- Guests are fully responsible for their personal belongings.
- balijetski.com accepts no liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the activity.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
- While every precaution is taken to ensure safety, participation in jetski and water activities is at the guest’s own risk.
- balijetski.com shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from negligence, failure to follow instructions, or natural conditions beyond our control.
- Our liability, if any, is limited strictly to the amount paid for the booking.
8. Assumption of Risk
- Guests acknowledge that jetskiing and related water activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, collision, equipment malfunction, or environmental factors.
- By participating, guests voluntarily accept and assume all such risks.
9. Release of Liability
By confirming a booking, guests agree to release and discharge balijetski.com, its management, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities connected to participation in the activity.
10. Agreement
By making a booking with balijetski.com, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, and agree to participate under the spirit of safety, exclusivity, and luxury that defines our experience.
